STORE POLICY
NO REFUNDS. Exchange or store credit is given for items that are exchangeable. Exchangeable items must be within 7 days of the purchase with the original receipt. All exchanges must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered, undamaged, unsealed and in its original packaging.
NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on wigs, hair extensions, hats, sunglasses, cosmetics, jewelry and products in the form of liquid, semi-liquid, paste and creams that are without a completely intact manufacturer’s seal.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on discounted merchandise. Management has the right to refuse any returns or exchanges.
